Add payment link support for Group Master Accounts

Currently, RDP payment links work for individual reservations and group reservations, but they do not work directly from a Group Master Account. Many group bookings are handled through a Group Master Account where the main balance is posted and paid by the group organizer, company, travel agent, or event coordinator. It would be very helpful if RDP could generate and send a payment link directly from the Group Master Account balance.
