Arrivals 'Calendar' should not populate the arrivals until you select a date

Currently, when you go to the next month using the ► on the calendar in the 'Arrivals' tab, it refreshes the page and displays all of the arrivals before you can select a date. If you want to go forward 2 months, you can't just click the ► twice, you have to open the calendar again to go forward a second month then open it a third time to select the correct day of the month.
