Cancelled Reservations are more clear

We often have lots of 'Linked Reservations' connected to a group leader. It's hard to see which ones are cancelled and which are active at a glance, it would be nice it the cancelled ones were grey or strikethrough text or maybe just a [☑ Hide Cancelled Reservations] option at the top with the other two tick options (☑ Show Detail ☑ Show Entire Group ☑ Hide Cancelled Reservations)
