Quick login/logout (switch user) option

We usually have more FD agents than Computers on busy shifts. This (along with the fact that RDP is slow at logging in/out and the fact that it's not very obvious who's account is logged in) often means that our agents are not logged into their own account. This makes tracking mistakes and commissions very difficult. I have a few suggestions to improve this issue. Firstly, a FAST switch-user system (like the ones often used in bars/restaurants for servers):
• At the start of your shift, you log in as usual using your full username/password (multiple users can log in and if you haven't used that computer for over two hours, it logs you out as usual)
• Once the computer is idle for over 5/10 mins, it goes to a quick 'switch-user' screen (maybe just an onscreen keypad) and any user who's logged in for that day can just type a 4-digit pin (on screen or on the keyboards Num Pad) to switch RDP to their user.
This way, we'd easily be able to log in/out quickly and all the staff members would get used to quickly switching to their own username. One other additional idea is that each user's RDP screen has an adjustable color for the navigation panel so you can easily see if it's your color (and know that you are logged in rather than somebody else.
