Link CC to a Folio Type

It would be nice if CCs and VCCs were linked to the folio for which they were added, so when an Expedia VCC is added to a reservation, it's added to the M folio (group folio) and is the CC used when charging anything to the Group folio. Similarly, when a guest uses a physical CC during check-in, this CC would be linked to the I folio, their Auth would always be taken/released from this folio, and any Individual charges (convenience items etc.) would be charged to this card and never the Expedia Virtual Card.

Currently, all CCs & VCCs are available to charge on any folio, meaning that things are often charged to the incorrect card.
