Add ability to disable POS Room Changes

When a guest pays with cash or exceeds their credit limit, it would be useful to have a feature that restricts/prevents Room Charging from POS systems (like MICROS). Similar to the 'Allow Move' checkbox, I propose adding an 'Allow Incidentals' option on the reservation screen. We could simply uncheck this box if charges from POS system are not permitted or is no longer allowed. Additionally, the POS system should provide return messaging to notify employees working the POS when room charging is restricted. A straightforward message such as ‘Room Charging NOT ALLOWED For This Room’ would suffice. This feature would also be beneficial for those guests who request that room charging be disabled.
