IRM reservations with 2 rate plans

The ability for guests to reserve a room through our website, that could have two rate plans during their stay. For example, weekdays in May, Sunday through Thursday nights, the rate plan available for booking is the Rack rate plan. On weekends, we have a package rate plan called Funclusive. Currently, if a guest tried to reserve a Thursday arrival and Saturday departure, they could not book through our website because the rate plan changes on Friday. In order to book, the guest would have to call the hotel directly so we can manually make the reservation or book through a third party site and not be eligible for the package on Friday.
