By connecting phone lines to RDP, search the owner index or reservation index with caller IDs (or owner number typed via keypad by the owner) to pull up their profile.
This would be useful in most departments - reservations desks could pull up and check reservations when called quickly and efficiently. Owner services could pull up the owner profile to check the status of the customer account. Billing services would have the owner information automatically populate, making the taking of and verification of information more efficient for the owners.
Ideally, each department could set what the phone number pulls up - be it an owner profile or reservation search. This way, reservations can pull up and check reservations (without going through the entire tape chart), or owner services could pull up and check the owner profile.
In the best-case scenario, this would also use the F12 quick view search - that way the call doesn't interrupt any work currently being done, while still providing the information necessary to help the caller with any issues/questions they may have.

A side benefit to connecting RDP and phone lines would be the ability to call owners and customers directly from their profiles - theoretically, by double clicking the phone number, RDP could prompt the user to call the number selected by sending the phone number to the connected phone. This allows different departments to easily contact owners/reservation holders and minimizes the amount of potential human error.
