Name Change for Family Member Needs to update future reservations

We are a timeshare resort. Lots of generational changes to ownership. When a spouse passes away, we have to manually change future reservations already created in the next 2 year cycle so that the surviving spouse, who has already been through the process of taking the deceased spouse off the deed, doesn't continue to see a reservation with that spouse's name, wrongly looking like we didn't change the paperwork on our end. It is now a manual process and I feel it should change all aspects, including name change.
